Visa for newly born HSMP dependent

All,

Can anybody advise me which application form do I need to use for my son born in India. I am an HSMP holder working in UK since last one year.

It seems there is a sepearate process for dependents if they are born in India or born in UK.

Also, what documents do I need to submit for his application. My wife is in India with the new born baby and she is already an HSMP dependent.

I believe that he may use the forms: Application form VAF2 - Employment and Employment form guidance notes. He may apply under "Dependant of a person in an employment category". I don't think that there is any special process for dependants born in India.
