Post by kssoni » Fri May 23, 2008 6:57 pm

Hi,

I am here on 1+4 year HSMP. My 5 year of visa expiring in agust 2010. I was entered first time in UK after 2months of my visa date. what will be my status after compalition of my 1+4 year visa. Can i still apply for directly for ILR or do i have to apply for HSMP extenstion?

Unfortunately, I believe that you should apply for an extension.
