Spouse visa financial requirements category B

I want to apply for spouse visa end of March 2019 under category B of financial requirement. My sponsor worked for 10 months with ex-employer from march 2018 to December 2018 and took break for two month January and February 2019 and will start new job march 2019. from march 2018 to March 2019 that's 13 months, can we exculde march 2018 payslip and use April 2018 to march 2019 and can we apply in March 2019 with 10 months payslip.

Yes you can. In that situation if you gets yearly P60s then it would be best to attach. But remember you also need to attach 12 months of bank statements too.

Yes because for example from 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2019 is equal to 12 months.
