Can my sponsor travel while my uk spouse visa is being processed?

Post by ntb » Thu Mar 07, 2019 5:49 pm

Hi all,

I had a quick question. My husband has a few days time off from work and he wants to come visit me here in the US. I know people say be cautious of traveling as the UKVI may contact you via phone for an interview but luckily my husbands phone works here in the US so that is not a problem. I was just wondering if him coming to see me is allowed? I don't see why not?

Any help would be great!
Thanks

Yes he (UK sponsor) can visit you as long as he can answer HO call while in US
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
