SUPER PRIORITY VAGUE RESPONSE EMAIL

Post by Munyajussie » Fri Jun 07, 2019 3:54 pm

Hi all

I made an application on Tuesday and had to submit my biometrics and document checks on Thursday in london. By 10 am everything was complete and awaited decision. At 4 pm the same day, I received an email saying, "I’m pleased to confirm that your application for further leave to remain under Tier 2 (General) of the immigration arrangements has now been decided. You will receive your decision letter in due course. Thank you for using our super priority service".

Now its almost 24 hours later I still have not received a decision via email or post. Now I am worried that it has been rejected there the letter explains on what grounds. Has anyone every received such a response and what did they receive and how long was the wait.

Many thanks in advance.

The decision letter comes by post not email.

The email is a generic response based on your allocation decided.,many have received across all categories.

UPDATE:

I got the letter from Home Office and unfortunately, it was a refusal on the grounds of lack of satisfactory maintenance. I had registered that my employer is happy to certify my maintenance and asked my HR manager to reflect that however, they need not do so on the CoS.

Any advice on going forward?

Many thanks
