Need to travel back to native land for about a month around Sep - Oct for a personal reason. I have mentioned these details in the covering letter.vipul1981 wrote:it shoul dbe 3 years and not 2 . u shud speak to HO. BTW why did u apply so sooon?
The best thing to do is to contact HO and ask them why you were given 2 years in thefirst instance. Secondly if there is a need to hange it to 3 years, you may request to have it done in person because of your upcoming trip.shifi wrote:Need to travel back to native land for about a month around Sep - Oct for a personal reason. Now wondering if I will get this resolved on time for my travel. Is there a possibility to go to home office and getting this resolved then and there?
Guys Checked with HO. they wanted me to send back the passports for re-consideration. Said it will take about 1-2 weeks or so to get it back. (Again just for re-consideration did not commit to anything)sushdmehta wrote:Most likely a mistake by UKBA .... but could this mean ILR in 4 years for old HSMPians??? Kidding!!![]()
As already suggested, best to check with UKBA at the earliest.
