ILR Absence letter question -help

Hi Experts,

Need your valuable suggestion on the below question

Iam in T2G route and completing 5 years in June 2020( planning to Apply for ILR) ,my dependent wife as well in same time .

Also i have question on letter for absence ,

I was in ICT and moved to T2G in 2015 ,i was out of country for 4 days(no uk salaries) for doing exit formalities of XXX company but my last working day for iCT in UK was ,since my last day was day 1 of out of country -what can i do the rest of 3 days for letter for absence ?

2015-April 20 was last day in XXX company with ICT
2015-April 20 -25 -i was out of country -How to get letter for absence (during this time i was T2G with new sponsor-but not join in the job), My T2G in incounty application.

3 days is not going to be an issue. Absences after start date matters only
