Tier 2 dependent Visa to ILR

Hello,

My partner visa is getting expire and she got her first Tier 2 dependent visa in Feb 2014 and then extended in May 2017. She was in in India between July 2015 to May 2017 and came back in June 2017. Now the question is can she apply for ILR or she has to apply for PBS dependent to complete 5 years from 2017.

when I was reading through the forums it does say the gap of 180 days if leave is granted after jan 2018.
