Decision time in super priority ilr application

I finally applied for the Ilr tier 2 general today .
My other colleagues had applied in 2018 and in super priority rate got a decision face to face.
Nowadays its changed to a tormenting 24 hrs wait and then an email comes which might not have all information if Ilr is refused.

In this forum I read there has been cases where inspite of paying super priority fees decision didn't come in time--- How common is this please?

As I applied with family, so much money at stake! After doing all biometric submission they said they have submitted documents but no email came confirming so. The UKVCAS login looked the same as if u could add more documents ( I didn't add though ).

Has there been any recent experiences please?
If previously they could give decision straightaway, why does it take longer now?

Please in home office are not humans , they approved my ilr but now I am being treated as a ping pong ball between departments to get BRP

Well, can’t say regarding decision. If everything is fine the decision should normally be delivered as per service. On ukvcas iit will show you the same even if you get decision. I got mine on 28th jan and brp on 5th feb. My ukvcas still giving me option to
Upload files. So it’s normal don’t be panic. Just pray that you get your decision by Tom. Stay positive. Good luck

There is no face-to-face decision making as there is NO premium window service at all. Your case is not the same as your friend
If the decision takes longer than 24 hours working day, your priority fees will be refunded. Documents uploaded after appointment are NOT visible to UKVI. Wait to hear back from UKVI
