Why do you want to vary it to SET(LR) ? Why not wait for SET(O) ??

Your application is only considered valid AFTER you provide biometrics.
So for your current application to be VALID you will have to provide biometrics.
Tier 1 Ent applications take up to 6 months these days to be decided.
However, you can VARY your application to 10 years LR basis AFTER you provide your biometrics for the current application.
Note if you have dependents it will affect their ILR if you go for LR basis.
Note your 10 years start from the date you entered UK, not the visa issue date.

There is no maintenance funds. FLR(M) has income requirement, English language at B1 is also required

You would have received a payment confirmation email. There is a unique application reference number. Also, you can find it on the PDF of the submitted form.

Sometimes, in a couple days, you also get an email from HO with your Case ID on. Note not everyone receives it so if you have not dont worry. In this case, you can just use your Unique Application Reference as stated above.
