hi , i am applying my wife set m application . i work as a employee with my current employer more than 5 years . My Income is 52000 & i file my return through self assessment Due to Child Benefit Surcharge . SO my question is should i use category A Non Salaried Employment or self Employment category and i have SA302 Self assessment as well . I received P60 as well from my employer . payslips as well . so Bit confused .

Category A. Because you happen to file self assessment does not mean you somehow do not qualify under category A
You need 6 months payslips, employer letter and bank statements
