Working as a nurse on Tier 2 dependent visa

Hello everyone ,

My wife is on Tier 2 general visa and I am on Tier 2 dependent visa. I now have UK nursing qualification. I have a job offer as nurse since nursing is on demand.
1.Can I work as nurse on my tier 2 dependent visa? I am asking this because nursing is regarded as a skilled job.
2. Or do I have to ask for CoS and apply for Tier 2 general visa from my home country in order to do this job?

Thank you CR001. I understand dentist in training, doctor in training and sportsmen are the main restrictions on the guideline. My main concern is I qualified overseas although I have UK registration now, and I am not from the EU as well.
