SAP XI skill sets

Hi all,
I have got my HSMP visa stamped for three yrs.

Brief about myself:
Got 4+ yrs of IT Exp in SAP Netweaver XI.
During 4 yrs ,I was worked with UK based clients M&S and Birds Eye Iglo group.

I have few questions and like the suggestions:
1) Searching a job from india will be more advantage or go to UK and look for the job will be the best option.
2) During the NOV/DEC job market in UK will be more slower? and when is the right time to enter in the UK? when the market will pick up?
3) I have send many resumes to many consultants but not getting any calls from them I wanted to know what might be the possible reason for not getting any reply.

Any people who is looking for the same skill set role please share their veiws by sending the PM.
