Long residence application

Hello guys;
Can any one please help me with the long residence application. I been here for 10 years legally between these 10 years I have changed my visa starting from student then moving to spouse but first got rejected the for spouse leave but in appeal got the visa on human rights basis so no illegal time so far I believe. Between these ten years I have been driving and I got caught twice once for not wearing seat belt and given fixed penalty notice and second time for speeding and given speeding awareness course. So can someone tell me if I have to mention these two incidents in my application if I do I don’t know the exact dates. How can I cover this.
