Hi,
I have already got my ILR status on 01-06-2021 and I will be applying ILR application for my wife and daughter.
My dependents are currently on Skilled worker dependent visa until 01-02-2022. I'm little confused which application SET(O) or SET(M) should apply for dependents.
How do I apply "Set (O) Partner" and "Set (O) Child" application without main applicant details?
Please help me on this.

Set O.
Your spouse is the main apllication, add child to application form as dependent.

Thanks CR001 for quick response.
I started filling SET(O) application for my wife as main applicant(though she is my dependent) and there are questions about "Evidence of your absence from the UK and Crown Dependencies", Paternity/maternity leave details and sponsor license numbers.
Should I enter all my absence details and sponsor details? How can I get employer letter for evidence?
Thanks in advance.

It is NOT you applying. The main applicant is your dependent spouse and you complete her information.
Absence is only required for the period after if she has a visa issued in or after 11 January 2018.
Where the form asks, you will need to input your CoS and sponsor details. You do NOT need an employer letter from your sponsor.

I think I chosen different category within SET(O) application. There is a question at the start of the application:
In which category are you applying for indefinite leave to remain?
- Skilled Worker, Tier 2 or International Sportsperson dependant
- Skilled Worker, Tier 2 or International Sportsperson (I selected this option earlier)
I should have selected "Skilled Worker, Tier 2 or International Sportsperson dependant" option.
I will fill in the details and ask the guru if I'm stuck. Thanks very much.

Hi CR001,
Thanks for your help and I have filled the SET(O) application for my dependants and yet to submit.
I want to understand the statement "Absence is only required for the period after if she has a visa issued in or after 11 January 2018."
I have extended Tier 2 General visa (Skilled worker visa for me, my wife and child) for another 1 year in January 2021 until January 2022. So, this means my wife has a visa issued after 11 January 2018 and need to submit Absence details? Is my understanding correct?
My family is absent from UK for 4 weeks in Aug- Sep 2018. Should we include this absence detail in the application.
Please clarify.

Only declare absence for any time of a visa issued after 11 January 2018, so only absence since the last extension needs to be declared

I have just submitted the SET(O) and SET(O) Child applications for my wife and daughter.
I was going through the application which I submitted and found that I have given answer "No" to be below question in the consent section of the application.
Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support?
I have utility bills on both our names. I have answered "No" in my wife's application. Is that a problem?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Just to add few more details to the above question,
My wife is working in private company and earning monthly. Also, we don't provide any financial supporting documents as part of the application.
Thanks in advance.

Not a problem "No" is the correct response.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I have submitted the SET(O) application for my wife and my daughter and booked biometric appointment on 21st January 2022.
I just found that, I have mistyped the year in "When did you start living at this address?" question in the application. I have answered February 2019 instead of February 2020.
But, I have given correct answer for another question "How many days, weeks, months or years have you lived at this address?" as 22 months.
I'm thinking of attaching Rental agreement as one of the support document for cohabitation.
How can I correct my typo mistake in the application? Shall I write a cover letter for this correction and upload the document in UKVCAS site?
Please advise.

yes a cover letter will do. This is minor mistake.
