Other Country Details - ILR Application

Post by bhosalerd » Sun Aug 21, 2022 6:24 am

While filling in the ILR form, there is a question
"
Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?
"

I found some answers in this forum where it was suggested that only the countries "lived in" are to be included and some answers suggested that the countries "visited" are to be included too.

I visited South Korea and Indonesia on short term business visa (2-3 months duration). Is this counted towards "living" in the country? Or Should I be only considering the countries where I visited on work visa (i.e. getting salary in that country) as countries I "lived in"?

any clarity around this would be very useful.

That question is not important at all. A short business visit does NOT mean living somewhere.
