FOLLOW UP ON ILR APPLICATION

Post by Eliakim61 » Tue Apr 18, 2023 12:37 pm

I with my family applied for Indefinite Leave to remain after completing the qualifying 5 years on Tier 2 Minister of religion Visa. Although we paid and used the priory payment route we are yet to get the result of our applications. further details of our application as follows:
Date of submission: 07/02/23
Date for UKVCAS Appointment 04/03/23
UAN: 1212-0001-2867-xxx00xxxxx Lead applicant
UAN: 1212-0001-2867-xxxx/01 Dependent Civil partner/wife
UAN: 1212-0001-2867-xxxx/02 Dependent Child
UAN: 1212-0001-2867-xxxxx/03 Dependent Child.

On 09/03/23 We received a letter from the Home office which states as follows: ..."I am sorry for the delay in dealing with your application and for the inconvenience this is causing. Please be assured that we are doing all we can to make a decision on your case as quickly as possible..."
This is over a month now since this response and we have not heard of or seen any progress from the Home office. What should we do please?
Thanks

Eliakim

I would strongly advise you to remove your name and UANs from the forum post - this is a public forum. Don't post information online that can identify you.
For the query itself - priority service is not guaranteed. Month is still in line with the timelines.

You should usually get a decision on your visa within 6 months once you apply online.
