You'll be eligible for ILR 28 days before 5 years' anniversary of your first FLR(M) - should be about 14/12/2025.

We assume you didn't have any custodial sentences/overstaying/etc that might've caused issues for ILR.

Hi meself2,
I overstayed my previous visa, and won the case in tribunal. How this will affect my ILR application?

I seemed to have confused ILR with citizenship (to which is might not even be applicable), apologies; as you were granted a visa, you should be fine with the timeframes specified above.

You might want to wait for a year if you plan to apply for citizenship, though, as good character requirements, while stating that any breaches of immigration rules are usually overlooked, still allows them to examine your case for other issues, see post2119972.html#p2119972 .
