UK Visitor visa information

Hi i am holding Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK.

I am planning to invite my own brother's family to UK on a visitor visa for 4 weeks for a holiday. They are planning to arrive UK in the 1st week of August 2024.

Could you please advise the list of documents which are required to file for the visitor visa?

Also can they submit the visa application straight away if they are planning to travel in the 1st week of August?

The earliest you can apply is 3 months before you travel.
