ILR - Set-O - Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?

Post by vikrant151189 » Tue Apr 30, 2024 12:51 pm

Hi All,
I'm applying for my ILR (Tier 2 General + Skilled Worker Visa), there is a question in application set-o - Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?. Should I answer as Yes and provide my birth country India and till when I lived there? Or here answer would be No. Also, before my Tier 2 General I was on ICT Dependant Visa for 1 year, should I add UK as well in this question, i.e., from birth till 2018 I lived in India and then lived in UK for around a year on ICT dependant visa and then left UK to get my Tier 2 General from India.
Thanks in advance.
