What forms should I fill

I have a friend who has two kids, both born in the united Kingdom, one is 9years old and the other is 18 years old, thd mum has limited leave to remain but the kids have no papers, I know she can make an application for the 7 year rule for the 9 year old and the half life for the 18year old, I just don't know what application forms they will need to fill for both applications, would be grateful for your help
