ILR Application for Spouse with days shortfall

Hi Reader

Seeking for suggestion for ILR of my spouse. I have ILR and my spouse was granted dependent Visa on 15-12-2021, her Visa was renewed and now has expiry of 10-09-2026.

I am aware that the expiry date is outside 28 days window but was looking for my possible options (If any) of applying ILR without the need to extend the dependent Visa.
