No ILR Results (Priority Service) after 15 days

Hello There

My family and my friends family applied for ILR, myself and my friend already having ILR. we both applied for our famlily using SET(o) with priority servcies. once family recieved results with in 4 days (after biomatric) another family is not yet received any message/emails etc., its has been more than 15 working days. There was no single email. called to home office few times but no use. Did not get any updates. Can you please help here how to reach home office or how to get any update from home office in this case.

there is no single update from them. when ever we call home office they say, call after 5 days. what we expcept is if home office not able to take any decisions atleast they should be able to email with reason in this case no udpate form home office at all.

both family skiiled worker depdent 5 years route. I do not see any challenges, not sure why there is no update from home office. Can you please help what to do next on this case?

It is not up to you to decide if an application is straightforward or not. Your experience will not necessarily be the same as others, either. Every application will be decided on its own timeframe and the priority service has no guarantees. For priority applications that cannot be decided as per service timeline, UKVI often refunds their priority fees.


I applied for a priority visa service and I am still waiting for a response. What is happening ?
