Possible decision date to aim for ILR application

Hi, I have a dependant visa with dates as follows and am trying to find out what is the earliest decision date I can aim for ILR application (based on current rules for five-year pathway):

BRP Issue date: 24-05-2021
Entry clearance dates: 05-06-2021 to 03-09-2021
UK Arrival date: 07-06-2021
Leave duration mentioned in Visa letter: 05-06-2021 to 19-04-2026 (letter date 24-03-2021)
eVisa validity period: 05-06-2021 to 19-04-2026 (same as above)

I have gone through the very helpful advice from moderator zimba (viewtopic.php?t=336290#p2110176) and a few other aligned posts.

Accordingly, I am planning to submit the online application before the visa expiry date of 19-04-2026 to start section 3C leave and delay the biometric (suitably up to the maximum possible 45 working days) and get priority / super priority to get a decision date upon reaching the qualifying period.

Now, If I consider the eVisa validity period starting from 05-06-2021, five years is reached on 05-06-2026. Should I take this as the earliest possible decision date, or can it be (5 years - 28 days), so 08-05-2026?

Or can I use the BRP Issue date to calculate the eligibility, in which case 5 years is on 24-05-2026 and (5 years - 28 days) on 26-04-2026?

Also, my calculated application date for each prospective decision date (minus 45 working days) (using https://www.timeanddate.com/date/weekdayadd.html):
Decison date: 05-06-2026, application date: 31-03-2026
Decison date: 08-05-2026, application date: 04-03-2026
Decison date: 24-05-2026, application date: 19-03-2026
Decison date: 26-04-2026, application date: 20-02-2026

Hope these are correct.

Your qualifying period starts from very first visa issue date
The earliest date of ILR eligibility is then 26-04-2026. You need to aim for an ILR decision date on or after that date. It is not that complicated

Hello again. Thanks for the previous advice. But I was wondering if I could get another clarification. As I mentioned in the original post,
I have the BRP Issue date: 24-05-2021.

Now, the very first visa letter (UKVI 01 letter) mentioned the leave duration of 05-06-2021 to 19-04-2026.

And this letter is dated 24-03-2021.

My question is, by any chance, does this mean I can count my ILR eligibility from 24-03-2021, rather than the BRP issue date (24-05-2021) or vignette and eVisa start date (05-05-2021)?

Please note that I applied from outside the UK (India) and this was my first visa to the UK.

Perhaps I am being too optimistic, but just wanted to ask...

The earliest document issued to you is your BRP, so stick to the advice given
