Dear Mods and Experts,
Just a generic question
If one parent got ILR , is it possible for child under 18 to apply for british citizen straight without applying for ILR if child spent 5 years in UK as dependent to Tier 1 E
Thanks
Only if the child was born in the uk.
No shortcut route for children born abroad. The child needs ILR first.

Acknowledgement email normally comes from TLS and/or UKVI - tends no to be reliable.
Perhaps follow up with TLS. If they have taken your money you should be OK.
Referees are not normally contacted.

I don’t think there’ll be another email, from UKVI.
Also note there won't be updates during processing, and no online status portal.
6 months is the UKVI target (an aspiration, not a guarantee) - often faster, sometime slower.

Dear Mods and Experts
I applied for citizenship for my child separately two weeks after i submitted my naturalisation application
My question is, will home office first make decision on my application before considering my sons ??

Each application is assessed individually, and adult naturalisation is different from child registration anyway. They may or may not, and decisions may or may not arrive all at the same time. There are no rules on this.

Dear Mods and Experts,
Alhamdulillah my the grace of almighty ALLAH i received my citizenship ceremony invite and have my citizenship ceremony is booked in tommorow
I have few questions
1) my son ( child ) is waiting for his British citizenship it’s been nearly 5 months , is there any action I need to take
2) my wife got ilr now since October 2025 i will get my citizenship tommorow, what is the link to apply for her naturalisation and what docs needed
3) importantly we have travel planned on 1st week of August for 6 weeks, if my wife get decision on her citizenship application will it have any impact when we come back to uk and what is the maximum time we can delay the ceremony attending
Thank you all for care and continued support

No. You may well receive his certificate at your ceremony.
2) my wife got ilr now since October 2025 i will get my citizenship tommorow, what is the link to apply for her naturalisation and what docs needed
The same link that you used. She will need her passport, all pages covering the last 3 years, your marriage certificate, your own citizenship certificate, proof of her ILR, two referees declarations. She can use the same referees as you.
3) importantly we have travel planned on 1st week of August for 6 weeks, if my wife get decision on her citizenship application will it have any impact when we come back to uk and what is the maximum time we can delay the ceremony attending
No impact. You have 90 days to attend the ceremony. It only matters that you attend biometrics before you leave and keep an eye on your emails, and if you get approved while abroad book a suitable date with your council as soon as possible.
Thank you all for care and continued support
Congratulations.

It doesn't matter, all applications are treated separately anyway. If he has been approved you should receive the email and the certificate comes either by post or at a naturalisation ceremony of a parent.
