do i need to show passport older than 5 years

i got 10 years FLR in 2016 and switched to 5 years FLR in 2019, i am due to apply for citizenship in a few weeks, wanted to know when submitting (scanning) my passport do i scan my passport from 2016 or from 2019, also do i need to show additional evidence for continuous residences since i may not submit the passport that i came into the uk with (its outside the 5 year period )
