Spouse Visa Renewal Issue

Hi Guys,

Me and my wife are currently applying for her spouse visa renewal inside the UK, we submitted our documents on the TLScontact website yesterday, and her biometrics appointment is next week. I can no longer upload documents.

I have just noticed an issue that has me panicked a bit. I got a new British passport in 2024 and have travelled on it since renewing it, but i completely forgot to sign it.

since she has to prove my immigration status in the UK, we uploaded my current British passport that doesnt have the signature. I did also upload my old British passport that expired in 2024 which had a signature, if that is even relevant to this.

Is this going to cause an issue with her application or cause a delay? and if it will, will she be able to scan my passport at her biometrics appointment, we have already clicked submit on the TLScontact website (i have now signed it).

That should not be an issue, the passport is only for UKVI to check the identity of the holder - partner of the migrant spouse.
