withdrawing psw and applying for settlemnt

withdrawing psw and applying for settlemnt

hi, i applied for psw in october since then awaiting result, i got married in january and my husband is british i was thinking to withdraw my application, and apply for settlement from pakistan as here i cannot apply for approval certificate as ho is holding my passport,and its been 6 months am waiting dnt know how long they will take more for checks, but am just confuse should i wait until i get my passport back or should i withdraw it,help will be appreciated.

I would advise you to wait. If you withdraw it might look fishy to HO as to why after 6 months you are withdrawing your application which may create some problems when you apply for PR from Pakistan. So just sit back and relax you are legally married to a British Citizen anyway.
