Tier 1 re application

Hi friends

I got my tier 1 extension application refused 30th april but my visa expired on april 4th. I just want to know that if i make a re application then would my application be reconsidered as during my visa expiration period it was with the home office. Also I have strong documents to support my application.

Please help me out.

I am sorry abt it but i am afraid that u can not make NEW applicaiton but if u were given right to appeal you can do that with some good solictor or advicor to win ur case...

I think you should go for an appeal instead of re applying,get a good solicitor and you will be fine.
what was the reason for refusal?Good luck!
