how i can get visa here on marriage baise in LT

HI, every body.
i came in Lithuania as student,i can't continze my study so immigration cancel my card before 3month expiry date,but i don't nothing about it.i know that day wen they cheak me one day that i am living illegal i said i don't know nothing becoz on my r card date was vailed 3 month more.
i am non-EU national,living in lithuania ,i am marriad here as non-EU family member can i travel in EU state with my wife ,my residence card is expire now. imimgration saying u go out of schengen states and get visa from LT embassy then come and aplly for family residency card , other wise we deport u by force becoz i am illegal, i don't hve right to get here visa ??as family member) some one can help me wat will be better that i will live with my wife be happily ligel ? in LT nobody told me gud infornation wat to do, no body saying if i will go out country then again get visa and come all saying not sure...

What I have managed to decipher from the OP's post is this:

1. He went to Lithuania to study, stopped studying at some point and immigration cancelled his student visa which would've been valid for 3 more months. Despite the cancellation he remained in Lithuania illegally.

2. He met and married a union citizen while in Lithuania but has been denied a RC by the authorities (because he is illegal) and has been asked to apply for entry clearance out of country. He claims that the authorities have threatened to deport him if he doesn't leave.
(hunjra: How am I doing so far?)

3. He wants to know what his rights are & whether or not the info provided by the authorities is valid or a truckload of cod's wallop. He also comments (in code) that he would rather live happily with his wife illegally than legalizing his stay from outside Lithuania as he is uncertain whether he would be let back in.
