ILR for divorced husband

i am married to UK national woman more than 4 years & living together and I am in process to apply for ILR. my questions are:-
1) if we are divorced before I apply for ILR, will i get it?
2) if we are divorced after I got IRL, will i get UK citizenship?

1) Not if you are applying for ILR on the basis of your relationship
2) Yes, but it will take you longer.

another questions plz:-
1) can I apply for IRL immediately once I entered UK and did life test/guaranteed accommodation/ financially ok?
2) How long takes to get IRL stamped on my passport?
3) once I got IRL, how long takes to get UK passport?

From your questions it looks as if your sole purpose in coming to the UK is not to settle with your wife and family, but to get residence and a UK passport. That is outside the letter and spirit of the Immigration Rules.

Stay in Dubai.

nasir, further to Mr Rusty's comments, have you actually read the visa application form? You are your wife are needing to certify that the two of you intend to stay together.

However, given the questions you are asking that mention about divorce, is that actually the case?

Any visa obtained by supplying false information is liable to be revoked.

is it must my UK national wife/doughter be with me all the time while i am in ILR periods? i mean they can go and visit family members outside of UK for 2 months at least.
