Hi,

Is anyone knows exactly which documents do you need in order to get ILR for Tier 2 Visa Holder.

I checked the form SET(O) but it was not clear of which documents do they really need exactly. Since I would like to apply in person I do not want to forget anything which will cause me any problems.

For example, p45, p60 etc.

For example I was on work permit before I obtained Tier 2 visa. Do I have to get any reference letters from my previous employers to prove or p45 and p60 is enough to prove?

Try searching for information already available. The document list has been posted many times by various members who have been successful in their ILR application or are preparing for it (like you are).
