Indefinite leave to remain is valid on expired passport :

Dear All

I am travelling to Pakistan on a valid Pakistani passport. My valid ILR is stamped on a passport that has expired a month ago. I would like to know if I need to transfer my visa on new one or simply carry on journey by holding both passports.
