From Tier 1-PSW dependant visa to spouse visa

Post by nishsil » Fri Jul 23, 2010 7:37 pm

Hi,

I received my ILR based on 10 year long stay category 2 weeks ago. And now I want change my wife's visa who is still in Tier 1 PSW dependant category to a spouse visa(using FLR(M) form).

Can any one please advise me which option is better to post the application or go to a PEO? What I'm worried is my wife is currently doing a temp job and she needs the passport to apply for new jobs soon. If we post the application, does any one know normally how long does it take to be decided these days?

And if I want to make an appointment to any of the PEOs what is the best way get a quick appointment? Like what to time to phone or go online?

Thanking you in advance...
