tier 2 (ICT) to tier 1 general visa application

Iam in UK for the past two year in an ICT permit and i am getting my UK salary as well as my Indian salary for all the 12 months.

I have a query w.r.t the previous earnings section in PBS:

1. In my UK Payslip gross payment constitutes the following

Housing, Utilities , INR Salary (converted to GBP), per diem allowance, Tax, NI Which constitutes 12 month total - GBP 50807

Net Payment : i will be only paid Per diem allowance & rest will be deducted.

At the same time Im getting salary in India which totals of INR 1080691

While calculating in PBS salary part can i consider UK gross salary (50807) + INR * Conversation rate (14783) ==> Total GBP 65591 ( 40 Points)


Please reply as iam held up with this to apply for Tier 1 Visa
