Question related to Tier1 pbsappendix1 form

Post by GouravSharma1981 » Sun Nov 21, 2010 8:57 am

Hi Team,

I need some help with filling "pbsappendix1" form, section related to previous earnings.

Ques.
In Part4 - 4.6, "Earnings Table - You should complete the following table giving details of previous earnings being claimed. If earnings
originated from more than one source, you should enter each source separately. The electronic Self-Assessment Points Calculator will explain the purpose of the fields below."

How do I break my monthly salary of 12 months in the given 6 rows? Can I add some more columns on my own to write each month salary or how to do this? I thought of putting my salary here in terms of months rather than whole 12 months salary for better clarity.
Please suggest.

Why? If they wanted a monthly breakdown on the form, they would have designed it that way. Don't confuse the person reviewing your application by trying to adjust the form "for better clarity". Fill it in as intended.

mulderpf, are you saying that I should just add up all my salary for 12 months and put it in one row?

If it's all from the same employer yes. If it's from more than one employer then break it up per employer.

If they wanted you to break it down per month then they would have given you twelve rows to work with.

one row for one employer / source of earning. If you have other earnings make another row. I did the same.
