My Coy applied for COS AR on 17th Dec 2010, well the 3rd attempt and didnt receive approval until 9th Feb 2011. I thank God for the good news as my job is not on the shortage occupation list and on salary of £27,849.
I sent out my application on the 28th Jan 2011 as my visa expired on the 30th Jan 2011 without COS, just a letter from my coy stating that we are yet to get feedback on the COS AR. As at yesterday, they have not deducted £500 from my account and no feedback yet on my application, I only received a confirmation letter with reference number confirming receipt of my application.
At this stage, since they have not decided on my application yet, I am not sure what to do next? I am thinking of emailing them to ask how I can submit my COS. Please I would appreciate any idea from you guys.
