Do Not Come forward.Do not tell the truth

While I am very pleased for the success of the above person.I would like to express extreme caution to any one considering coming forward and telling the truth about overstaying/working and then leaving to country to attempt re-entry to the Uk to regularise your immigration status,on the advice of UKBA.What happens in 99 per cent of cases is that they will recognise your marriage under sec 281 but hit your spouse with a sec 320 (11).Which of course is a total catch 22 situation.Yes having children will help,as it did with the successful applicant above. But to all others understand this DO NOT COME FORWARD.DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH.THERE IS NO INCENTIVE OR AMNESTY FOR YOU. What waits for you is an appeal Tribunal.Im so sorry but this is really true.Bless

This is pure scaremongering, and has no basis in the facts.
Where do you get your '99%' statistics from? I'm tempted to close this before it misleads those who have a good chance of regularising their legal status.
It would be a huge mistake to give false information in any visa application.
