Still 3 years to go on the EEA route. And it's called permanent residence in that case.

No 10 years for you. Your 'continous residence' may have been broken, because as a EEA dependant, you are not subject to immigration control. Therefore you would not fall within the definition of lawful residence given at paragraph 276A. However, UKBA can excercise discretion to cont this period as lawful stay.

Read Chapter 18 of IDI, in particular, paragraph 2.3.8

means I can apply for ILR after 10yrs? how do I prove that i was inside UK in last 3 yrs of my residency. as a family member of EEA citizen they dont have any record of my departure/arrival
plz advise
