No 10 years for you. Your 'continous residence' may have been broken, because as a EEA dependant, you are not subject to immigration control. Therefore you would not fall within the definition of lawful residence given at paragraph 276A. 1. As i will complete my 10 yrs nxt year, would Ibe able to apply for ILR/PR?
under long residenct act section 2.3.8 i can apply for permanent residence
2. which form i should use SET(0) or EEA4, and do i have to pay any fees
