How much help was given by this illusive almost god-like creature, whose kind, caring & incredibly humain helping hands helped shed light, break through confusion, glue lives back together (or trash to pieces) to all those seeking that imaginary light at the end of this never ending frightful tunnel (normally headed in the uk-bound direction, of course..)
Unspent convictions, age for extensions, layout of payslips, freelance add-ons, appeals & JRs - you know it all and have been able to guide others through darkness with remarkable ease and composure...
Your wit (or rather the "borderline sarcasm" form of it) knows no boundaries. Neither does the directness, sharpness & the lightning speed of your comments. But none of this is really noteworthy. None of this is worth 1 single byte of hyperspace...
It is the fact that you are the only one being (human - dare i suppose!) who understands the difference between the 2 very different concepts: "a fund" and "funds", not ever falling into this very perilous linguistic trap designed to fail so many and single out so few...
Anyhow dude, keep up the good work, like ur style 
P.S. Amazing what human boredom can manifest itself through! And to think thqt this was typpd up on a cmart fhone- not 1 typo!
