Hello everyone,

I have a query regarding ILr and I would appreciate ur help very much.
I got HSMp in Aug 2009 and then Tier 1 in 2008 and I should have been eligible for PR in september 2011. however I was not sure about getting it and i also had to travel abroad so instead of applying for Pr i got my teir 1 extended for another 2 yrs which would expire in aug 2013.
I have a gap which is 3 months 4 days in 2010 and anothr gap for 2mnoths 10 days. and i have few other short vacatuions less than 3 weeks and they were paid annual leave. those two big gaps were due to medical reasons.
what do you think would be the best thing for me whether to apply for pr by post or premium service as i am confused as some PEOS dont deal with application with more than 3 months gaps.
and also what kind of documents they would require as proof of medical condition.
i have no crminal convictions and no gaps in my visa .
i would be grateful if anyone can help especially moderators..thanks a lot.
