Hello Experts,
Please can you help! My PEO appointment for settlement is scheduled for next month.

My spouse's name has a slightly different spelling in various documents. Her passport, current dependent visa and degree certificate all have one spelling whereas the marriage certificate and the entry in my passport which was renewed recently ( spouse name on the last page ) have another. Will this cause a problem for getting her settlement visa?

Am wondering if I need to get my passport changed. Please let me know your thoughts
