Will ukba check NI records if you working more than 10 hrs a week. As on my application i have put my NI number and i have said me not working in the uk as me getting sponsor from my parents.
Can someone give me some advice on this. Thanks.. |

They could check if they wanted to.
In any case as a tier 4 visa holder if you are allowed to work 10 hrs or less you shouldn't be breaching that. Moreover your employer shouldn't be offering you longer hrs if your visa states that you are only allowed 10 hrs.
But generally in most cases they don't bother checking your NI unless you have substantial earnings coming in to your bank account (which would be on your statement) and overall annual income higher than usual (evidence from your NI records),they would then contact your employer to find out your no. of hours,pay etc. |

I haven't come across a single applicant whose application refused because of working hours, I presume no one breaks this law then. _________________ N/A |

| Yeh but my situation is that i neva work before i started working september 2011 sometimes full time sometimes part time, but start of january i started working full time and on 6 april the end of financial year change and now im starting paying taxes, thats why i have not declared this on my spouse visa as i got scared. |
