Hi all,
My son is a btec (Mech Engineer) from india, He is persuing his MS here in UK in Advance Material Science. He is here on student visa which expires in Jan 2013. May I know a way forward for him to work in UK and get a wokpermit. I will hopefully get ILR in Aug 2012 with my wife and other younger kids.
Any suggestion welcome.

He would need to find a sponsor willing to employ him (tier 2), or start and enterprise in which he can work himself (tier 1 entepreneur).
