|
|
My employer has applied for my green card for the job of - Sales+Export Manager.
Salary - 63,000 Euros pa.
The application has been refused on the grounds that all Sales related jobs are ineligible for Employment permits.
I want to know if my employer can re-apply for green card for - Export Marketing Manager...?
Annual Salary will remain the same - 63,000 pa.
The job and duties remain the same, but title of Job gets changed.
I have experties in export oriented marketing and sales, so to me it doesn't matter and so will that be to my employer.
But how will Deptt. of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovations will look at that...?
This is something I want to make clear.
This job is very impportant to me and dont want to loose it.
Same is the situation on employers side, they want to give me the job as this will help them in keeping their company going with exports and overseas sales that I can bring to them.
Urgent advice.....please. |

No...My employer is doing all by themself.
They dont know any Immigration/Employment Solicitor, that can assist in this case.
Advice on this welcome, as I myself have made few calls to find a solicitor that has expertise in such case, but not easy to find.

Yet they're taking on a non-EEA national and giving him a salary of €63,000 per annum?
Sorry, but something doesn't ring true here. _________________ I am no longer posting publicly on this website - PM me if needed. |
