| hi everyone,i came to the UK via visitor student visa.In may i got married with my litvanian girl friend.can I apply for a residence card?my visa doesnt allow me to switch in to any other immigration status.Do i have any right to apply for a residence card?my visa is up to 11 months it valid in september.please help me. |

| Student vistor Visa cannot be switched into any other category not even a Tier 4. So take your newly wedded wife to your home country and apply for a visa from there. |
