Hi

I am also in the agony of finding a referee robustly complying with the conditions mentioned implicitly/explicitly in the application form.

I have a friend who is a lawyer and is a member of a bar association in Turkey.

He is working in the UK but he is providing assistance to clients in terms of Turkish Law e.g. for buying property in Turkey, etc.

Can he be a referee with professional standing?
