| Can both team members show their separate individual bank accounts which obviously won't mention the other member along with a joint affidavit or both members name should be there in all the bank letters for investment funds. |

Which bank letter you are asking about?
If you are talking about bank statement for investment funds then off course you have to mention each other's name as you have made an entrepreneur team. |

Unfortunately that's the requirement set by UKBA.
Just follow the template given by UKBA in Tier 1 Ent. Policy Guidance
Also, in your situation, both applicant will need to give a letter as third party to each other. |

Hi tuliprose
I met 2 solicitors today and both of them said that there is no need for the name of your team partner on your investment fund letter from individual banks. And one even said that if ukba refuses on this ground it is sure to be overturned in the first hearing/appeal.
How can they be so sure |

yea its requirement that both team members should have equal access to the money available to invest in business otherwise application will be rejected if you both show your individual personal accounts.
even when you rely on third party findings they also mention the names of both team members on third party declaration ..its better you open joint accounts |
