| If that does not take you beyond five years study at degree level or above, I think you should be fine. |

| If you have already done an Mba then your tier 4 sponsor would need to justify how you are making academic progression studying another masters. |

hi Lucapooka
could you please put some light on your comment as i am not aware of anything like that. My sister wants to do another Master degree ( Mental Helath). At the min , she is on PSW which she got after finishing her MA(Health Management).
DO you think it willl cause some kinda problem if she do another Msc.
Regards

Now the time has come for you to read the guidance from paras 87 onwards.
Greenie has also made an excellent point that needs to be addressed by the COS.
Basically, the UKBA has, in recent years, endeavoured to put hurdles in the path of people who are merely loitering in the Tier 4, then PSW, then back to Tier 4 categories with no particular objective other than settlement under long residence. |

| That was answered weeks ago when you were asked to read Para 87. If you can get a CAS based on your history, you can study for a period that will complete no more than five years at degree level or 8 years at any level if the sponsor is a HEI and you are taking a PhD. So, you can do the math. |

Is this tier 4 time limit cap is for successive students or does this apply to students who wants to come back and study in UK!!??
say some one has studied in UK for 5 years both graduate and undergraduate courses. left UK in 2008 and returning back to study Phd(5 years) in 2012. Is that possible to do. !!?? |
