hi there

i have made my PSW application on 4th of april but till now i haven't received any acknowledgement letter... the payment of Ukba was deducted on 10 may but no kind of letter yet.... i called them regarding it but they replied that they r not able to find my application....i also have faxed my letter and a bank statement in which it clearly show the date of deducted fees of UKBA but no replies yet....

can anyone help me that how can i contact them and find a solution on it.
